How to Open an Account

Secure Metals Exchange wants to be your precious metal’s supplier, and we work hard to ensure that our clients are well taken care of. Of course, we can’t begin to fulfill your needs until we have a thorough understanding of what those needs are.

The first thing we’ll do when we you make contact with us is talk to you about your current financial situation, your investment goals, and what you expect from your precious metal provider. You won’t be obligated to make a purchase after speaking to one our Investment Consultants, but it is an integral part of the process if we’re going to give you the best service we can.

Our goal is to work with you and your individual circumstances and provide you with advice on how to best use your resources. We’ll help you determine whether you need physical assets or if you would be better served using our 20 percent down program and allowing us to store your assets in a safe depository. We won’t make any trades without your express consent, and are equipped to work with all types of investors—whether you’re just starting out and want to buy a few coins, or you’re ready to invest in bulk platinum bars.
